A quiet timeline
TCB was formed with one rule: build the operating model before the marketing. The founders began drafting SOPs, choosing software, and mapping Pune neighborhood by neighborhood — long before the first door was ever knocked.
Twelve months of systems, training manuals, legal groundwork, and quiet hiring plans. No website, no ads, no launch. Just the scaffolding that a boutique standard needs to hold.
Navigating India's business registration landscape — GST, labour compliance, service agreements, and insurance frameworks. The paperwork that turns an idea into an entity that can legally employ, bill, and be held accountable.
A small, invitation-only pilot ran in two Pune neighborhoods. A handful of households, a single concierge cell, and a notebook of things to fix. The first promise held: never ship what we wouldn't send to our own family.
TCB opens to Pune with a hyperlocal model, a roster trained to our internal SOPs, and Community Care built into the business from day one — not added later as CSR.

We're the first concierge home-services brand in Pune built neighborhood-by-neighborhood from day one. It's slower. It's the only way we know how to hold the standard.
Every TCB hire lives within 10 km of the home they serve. We train locally, promote locally, and source locally — so your concierge speaks your neighborhood's language, literally.
Each Pune neighborhood has its own small ops cell — not a dispatcher in a faraway city. When a visit runs late, the person fixing it is 15 minutes away, not 1,500 kilometers.
Community Care is built into the business from day one — launching with us in December 2026, not bolted on later as CSR. Every month, a portion of our time and roster goes back to Pune causes our neighbors nominate.
